Founder & GP Recruitment Specialist

With over 24 years of recruitment and commercial experience, Brett Rogers founded Recruitment On Demand to elevate the standard of GP recruitment in Australia.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Deakin University, Brett works exclusively with General Practitioners and medical practices, providing strategic guidance, regulatory clarity and precision hiring.

He manages each engagement end-to-end — from initial consultation through to placement and commencement — ensuring a high level of accountability, consistency and attention to detail.

With deep expertise in AHPRA registration pathways, Medicare requirements and international GP relocation, Brett supports both practices and doctors in navigating a complex and often misunderstood system.

His approach is deliberate and relationship-led, focused on delivering placements that are commercially, clinically and culturally aligned.
