- FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent
- Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
- Current appropriate medical indemnity insurance (or eligibility for such)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient-focused care
- Interest in building long-term patient relationships within a community-focused practice
