Continued population growth throughout Melton is generating ongoing demand for primary healthcare services, providing an incoming GP with the opportunity to develop a busy and rewarding long-term practice.
The clinic currently operates a mixed billing model and offers doctors flexibility around how they structure their individual patient offering. This may particularly appeal to GPs who value accessible healthcare while also wanting the autonomy to determine how they practice.
GPs are supported by experienced nurses, reception staff and practice management, allowing doctors to focus on clinical care and developing long-term relationships with their patients.
The Opportunity
Due to continued patient demand, the practice is seeking an additional VR GP interested in either full-time or part-time consulting arrangements.

Importantly, the practice is open to discussing different approaches to billing and patient access with the incoming GP, providing genuine scope to shape your patient base around your own clinical philosophy and preferred style of practice.

Melton West is located within one of Melbourne's major western growth corridors and offers an attractive combination of metropolitan accessibility, affordability and space.
The wider Melton region continues to experience significant residential and infrastructure development, supporting strong and growing demand for local healthcare services.
The area offers established schools, shopping, sporting facilities and community services, while providing more affordable housing and a relaxed lifestyle compared with Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Importantly, the practice is currently classified DPA/MM1, providing an attractive opportunity for eligible GPs subject to Section 19AB restrictions who wish to remain within metropolitan Melbourne.
Working Hours
The practice currently operates Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
