About The Practice
Our client is a dedicated women's health practice located in Torquay on Victoria's beautiful Surf Coast.

The practice brings together General Practitioners and allied health professionals within a collaborative environment, with psychology, dietetics and physiotherapy forming part of the broader multidisciplinary healthcare offering.

The clinic itself has been thoughtfully designed with women in mind. Four consulting rooms have been carefully furnished to create a calm, welcoming and professional environment where patients feel comfortable and supported.

The Opportunity
The practice is seeking an experienced VR GP with a genuine interest in women's health to join its growing clinical team.

There is an established and growing patient base seeking women's health-focused GP care, making this an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking to develop a rewarding practice in this area.

The successful GP will have the opportunity to provide care across areas including:

• Women's health checks and preventative care
• Perimenopause and menopause
• Contraception and family planning
• IUD and Implanon services
• Fertility and preconception care
• Cervical screening
• Sexual and reproductive health
• Polycystic ovarian syndrome
• Endometriosis
• Mental health
• Continence
• Weight management

The practice is particularly interested in doctors who value continuity of care and would like to establish a long-term professional relationship with fellow GPs and allied health practitioners.

This is an opportunity to practice women's health within an environment specifically created around the needs of women, rather than women's health simply forming one component of a traditional general practice.

Location

Working Hours
The practice currently operates Monday to Friday. 

Flexible consulting days are available and can be discussed according to your preferred working arrangements.

Candidate Requirements

• FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent specialist GP qualification
• Strong interest and/or experience in women's health
• Eligibility to access Medicare
• Current appropriate medical indemnity insurance or eligibility for such
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered women's healthcare
• Collaborative approach to working alongside GPs and allied health practitioners
